I lead design, branding, and communications at CRMBonus, taking care of everything from visual identity to the company's public narrative, including social media, employer branding, audiovisual production, and creative team leadership.
My background is in art direction and brand design, with experience at Mobly and Swift Brasil. My work moves between strategy and execution: I define brand positioning, present results to VPs, Directors, and C-level, and still review layouts before anything goes live.
What drives me is the intersection of visual language, brand narrative, and organizational culture. I believe good branding is not just aesthetics, it is coherence between what a company says, does, and looks like. In 2025, that belief earned me a Brazil Design Awards in the Social Impact Design category.
